We are administering an employee opinion survey. Our last staff survey was conducted in 2003. This survey can serve as a means by which your leadership can determine what is going well at the Credit Union and what we can do to improve. We have for a long time been doing the right things, the right way, and you the dedicated staff are the people who have made all this possible. The way we have accomplished the many projects and initiatives that we have undertaken reinforces my long-held belief that we have excellent people here at Acme Credit Union! I need to be sure that we are keeping in touch with your ideas, thoughts, and perspectives, and in order to do that I've commissioned a regular, online employee survey. To ensure that you are comfortable in giving us your frank and honest comments, all results will go directly to an outside contractor. Nobody at Acme will know what your individual responses are. We will only get the overall results. Please be very candid in your answers. We appreciate your taking a few minutes to give us your thoughtful responses. It is our intention to continue to focus on making our credit union an employer of choice for our dedicated staff. Although we can’t guarantee that all your ideas will be put into policy, I can promise that your executive team will read and discuss all the data gained from this process.
