Can we customize the surveys?
Yes, depending on the project. Every survey we do is customized to reflect your credit union name, logo and CEO. In addition, our employee surveys provide you the opportunity to add just a few questions or to design the entire survey. Our Exit Interviews and 360 Degree Surveys are already completed and ready for your credit union. But please know that they were developed using up-to-date technology, theory and feedback from credit unions.

How much do these services cost?
There are different options but they are probably more affordable than you would think. Contact us for more details and we will be happy to explain the costs involved.

Do you work with a lot of credit unions?
We certainly do! We have been working with and focusing on credit unions since we started our company fifteen years ago. We have been quoted and written about in credit union publications and have spoken at many credit union functions around the country. We will provide a list of references at your request and you can see what some of our clients say about us on this web site.

How fast can you complete our survey project?
We react very quickly and can actually have you up and running within a few days of you giving us the green light. Exit Interviews are then ready to go as you need them and can continue forever. Employee Surveys can usually be completed within two weeks. 360 Degree Feedback Surveys will probably take from 4-6 weeks to complete.
